Q & A (Face Ampoules)

1. What is the usage direction?
->Usage Directions for face: After cleanse, apply/ gently pat ampoules onto face. If needed, apply moisturiser thereafter to increase the absorption of the ampoules. ** 1 vial can be used up to 2-3 days with one time apply morning and night. Need not wash away. Recommended to finish up ASAP after opening.

2. Must the ampoules be used everyday to see the effects?
->You will see the results faster by using it everyday. Initially when you use it, you will notice the effect quite significantly, as time goes by, you won't notice it as much. It doesn't mean that the ampoules are not taking effect but they are just maintaining the effect.

3. How can we use the ampoules for better results?
 ->I would recommend applying the ampoules before putting on any masks. Applying ampoules before your mask aids the absorption of nutrients, thus doubling the benefits of the mask.

4. What is the manufacturing country of the ampoules?
-> The ampoules are formulated in France, which country is well-known for facial products.

5. Are the ampoules suitable for sensitive skin?
 ->Yes, most of the ampoules (Collagen, DNA, Firming, Trace Element, Vitamin C, Whitening, Azulen, Fresh Cell) are suitable for sensitive skin. But, I will highly recommend Azulen and Trace Element Ampoules for those who have sensitive skin. Most of the sensitive skin tends to be dry on the surface of the skin, therefore, while the Azulen Ampoules can helps to recover the skin's natural comfort, Trace Element Ampoules will replenish the moisture content of the skin.

6. How do I use storage bottle?
-> The storage bottle is to store the ampoules. Once opened, pour ampoule into the storage bottle. Use ampoule from bottle instead of straight from the glass to avoid hurting yourself. I DO NOT advise members to store the ampoules for too many days, whether in the fridge or room temp.

7. Whenever I break open the bottles for the face ampoules and apply on the face it will tend to have the bits of glass. What is the best way to avoid this?
-> I would usually open the glass vial with just only my thumb (wrap it with tissue if not experienced) to break it open. Try not to use two thumbs or both hands to break it as it tends to have more bits of glass as we exert more force. Sometimes, we just have to be more careful in handling the glass vials.
